We are committed to protecting your privacy when we visit your workplace or when you contact us in any way. You have the right to view and update the personal information we hold about you.

We deal with your personal information following the Privacy Act 2020 and this privacy policy.

PEPworldwide:nz collects and stores personal information including:

  • Communication preferences & interactions with us

How we collect personal information: 

PEPworldwide collects personal information in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person when you access our website, and when we provide our services to you. We may receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy. 

We collect your personal information to: 

  • provide you with information, updates, and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services, and opportunities available to you.  
  • improve our products and services, better understand your needs, provide you with a better experience, conduct ongoing research, and product development.

Information that we collect may be stored, processed in, or transferred between parties located in countries outside of New Zealand. 

If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible by law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances. 

By providing us with personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this Policy. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information. 

Email communication 

All customers are automatically signed up to receive relevant email marketing communications from us. You can choose to remove yourself from marketing emails by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

Our website may contain links to other websites involved with our services (including partners and supporting organisations). 

Before you disclose any personal information to another site we advise you to check its privacy policies. 

Cookies 

A cookie is a small file that resides on your computer and is recognized by our server. A cookie does not provide any personally identifiable information.

Web conferencing 

We use various web conferencing platforms to deliver group and individual coaching. We use each platform’s recommended privacy settings to protect your privacy on these virtual platforms. This includes, but is not limited to locked virtual spaces, unique zoom sessions for every group, and waiting rooms. 

Web conferencing platforms collect user data required to provide services. This includes your IP address, OS, and device details. 

Your confidentiality in virtual spaces is important to us. We do not record sessions or use the platform attendance training function without first gaining your permission. We do not share identifiable participant registration information with the platforms.
